Our standard schedule is:
10% deposit to secure your booking
30% before work begins
30% midway through the project
20% before finishing touches
10% retention, released 7 days after practical completion

Yes — all our quotes include VAT unless otherwise stated.
📞 Aftercare
Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all our renovations. Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials and fixtures.
Q: What if I have an issue after the project is complete?
