💷 Pricing & Payment

Q: How do your payment terms work?
Our standard schedule is:

• 10% deposit to secure your booking

• 30% before work begins

• 30% midway through the project

• 20% before finishing touches

• 10% retention, released 7 days after practical completion

Yes — all our quotes include VAT unless otherwise stated.

📞 Aftercare

Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all our renovations. Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials and fixtures.

Q: What if I have an issue after the project is complete?
We’re committed to aftercare. If anything needs adjusting or reviewing post-completion, just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
