How do you price a job? +
Every quote is worked out for your specific job after a walkthrough or set of photos/measurements — there's no set price list, but you'll get a clear, itemised quote before anything is booked in, with no obligation to go ahead.
How long does a typical renovation take? +
A bathroom is usually 1–2 weeks, a kitchen 2–4 weeks, and a full-home renovation depends entirely on scope — you'll get a realistic timeline as part of the planning stage, not just a start date.
What areas do you cover? +
Based in South London and mainly working across Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, Southwark, Peckham, Greenwich, Lambeth, Dulwich and Battersea, with recent projects further out in Marylebone, Stratford and Dalston. Get in touch even if you're just outside this list.
Are you insured, and do you use qualified trades? +
Yes — fully insured, City & Guilds Level 3 qualified, and we work with NICEIC-registered electricians and Gas Safe-registered plumbers for anything that needs to be signed off by a regulated trade.
Do you need a deposit? +
Payment terms are agreed and put in writing before work starts, as part of your quote — so there are no surprises either side once the job is under way.
